My name is Hazel Zuniga and I am the Sous Chef here at The Fountains at Sea Bluffs. Being able to interact and demonstrate how to cook certain dishes with the residents is a real joy of mine. Making simple dips such as Pico de Gallo and Guacamole, to a bit more complicated such as a Smoked Salmon appetizer, brings wonderment and fascination to residents and guests who had no idea simple ingredients can work so well together. Cooking can be a very relaxing and entertaining hobby that can make anything from a small dinner party to a grand event wonderful. Being able to start someone off with just small recipes to start their adventure is a pretty accomplished feat. That is why I am here and very happy to be part of a Watermark University class that we have to offer.
