Every Wednesday The Fountains at Sea Bluffs residents’ hit the road to find someplace that is interesting and exciting. This Wednesday we went to Joe’s Crab Shack. We love our seafood! There’s nothing like the fresh seafood and salty air, which is probably why most of us live close to the ocean. On our way to the restaurant, we saw a huge harbor seal sunning himself on the boat dock. When we arrived at the restaurant everyone was hungry and eager to order. If you’ve never been to Joe’s Crab Shack, you must try it. The long picnic table we sat at had a hole in the middle with a metal bucket to throw your shells in and a whole roll of paper towels, no napkins. How cool is that! Our bartender showed us how to make a Beerita and everyone decided we will make Beerita’s down by the pool at our next Happy Hour. We ordered and when our food came, it was amazing! Mussels, clams, crab, fish and chips, shrimp and corn on the cob. They had to roll us out of there.
