Memorial Day BBQ

Every Memorial Day we always have a BBQ outside. After yesterday morning’s Memorial Day Service everyone was hungry and ready for the BBQ to begin. The Chef pulled out all the stops on this one. Salmon, Burgers, Hot Dogs, Pork Ribs, Chili, Corn on the Cobb, Coleslaw and Macaroni Salad were served alongside beverages, live music and good friends.

We finally got our Christmas tree trimmed in the main dining room. It was so much fun. The Chef provided us with sandwiches, hot chocolate and the best eggnog we’ve ever tasted. We had several boxes of ornaments to go through and lots of lights to adorn the tree. Our residents were busy, busy, busy putting up decorations.
